The hard bit.. Send everything to us.

Simply pop all you invoices, statements, receipts into an envelope and buzz them into the post to us.

If you want to scan everything to us that is also fine, you're welcome to scan and email or better still you can scan to your Dropbox account and we will pick up all your invoices from there.  

We can even set up an app on your smart phone to take a picture of your receipts to send to us!

We process everything for you.

Once we receive all your invoices, statements and receipts we will get to work processing them and get them published into your accounting software which is available to you wherever whenever. All you’ll need is an active internet webpage.  All invoices are usually published to view online within 72 hours of receiving them….! Not bad ah..?  

We will even set up your bank feeds to our software so that you can see your up-to-date bank account.

Leave the rest to us..

Once we have published everything for you we will ensure that all your bookkeeping, VAT returns and anything else that you need or what is done for you. 

Should you want monthly management accounts, that’s fine.

If you want us to just simply let you know what VAT/Tax to pay and when that’s also fine.
